About This Position
The Account Coordinator for the Personal Injury and Letters of Protection (LOP) division is a dynamic and pivotal role for achieving TotalCare's growth goals, designed to connect local personal injury (PI) attorneys with TotalCare Emergency Room's medical services. This role involves direct outreach, face-to-face relationship building, and strategic marketing to law offices who represent PI clients, with continued followup to strengthen the relationships.
Job Description
The Account Coordinator will be responsible for promoting TotalCare's medical services as the preferred choice for PI patients, facilitating the process for clients under Letters of Protection (LOP), and ultimately driving an increase in patient referrals from attorney offices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to attorney offices to deliver marketing materials and promotional items, introduce TotalCare's services, and help maintain strong professional relationships
- Communicate the benefits of using TotalCare for personal injury cases, including our medical expertise, facilities, and patient-focused care standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to support a seamless experience for patients referred under Letters of Protection (LoPs)
- Track and report on marketing activity outcomes, including visit logs and referral trends from attorney offices
- Assist the team with daily tasks, marketing strategies, and other duties as assigned
- Stay informed about industry trends and TotalCare services to effectively support marketing efforts
- Provide feedback and observations to the marketing and management teams regarding market opportunities, competitive activity, and potential challenges
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Executive Team
- Check and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Attend routine training classes and departmental staff meetings as well as one on one meetings with direct supervisor

Physical Demands
Must be able to physically withstand driving or riding in short or long auto rides and be able to get in/out of vehicles often as automobile travel is a daily component of this position. Must be able to bend, lift, twist, sit and/or stand/walk for up to 12 hours daily. Ability to read, write and speak English to converse with patients, law offices, vendors and/or fellow staff members who have inquiries; must be able to exchange accurate information. Must be able to see the computer screen and able to participate in tasks where computer screens are referenced.
Work Environment
No adverse environmental conditions; position is primarily located indoors with exception to the occasional outdoor marketing event. Sedentary and usual office working conditions with little, if any, physical exertion or hazard. Mild possibility of exposure to blood, bodily fluids or tissues as well as airborne contagions when working in the ER setting. Appropriate PPE is provided for such instances.
