What are your hours?

Check each clinic’s hours on their pages: Argyle, Arlington/Cooper, Benbrook, Crowley, Denton, Downtown Fort Worth, Hurst, Fort Worth, Weatherford, West 7th.

What is my copay?

Copays can be confusing. However, whether you’re utilizing our budget friendly self-pay rates, or your own private insurance, our staff can provide you with a quick answer to your benefit questions. Simply call the location you wish to visit. Our staff is happy to serve you!

Do I have online records?

To protect the privacy of our patients, medical records are currently only available by direct request from the clinic you visited.

How often should I have bloodwork?

Depending on any underlying conditions, blood work is typically done once per year. However, you may have to follow up sooner if the provider wants to monitor something more closely.

What is the difference between family practice and urgent care?

At TotalCare, we’re open late and on the weekends because we know our patients need different types of care at different times. Family Practice is typically used for recurrent conditions, such as: blood pressure, allergies, yearly physicals, weight loss, common colds/flu, depression/anxiety, ADHD management, routine vaccinations, well child checks, and much more. Urgent Care treats conditions requiring more immediate attention, such as: accidental injuries, asthma/allergy attacks, foreign body removal, sinus infections, UTIs, and much more.

Another great thing is that they do accept walk-ins, though you might have to wait a little longer, but that’s to be expected if you just walk in and others already have an appointment.


Went in as a walk in and he front desk staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I didn’t have to wait long before being pulled back. Dr. Wilson was great! Very friendly and personable. He took the time to listen to me and my questions. I didn’t feel rushed or anything! I definitely will be back to see him!


I had an amazing experience at Total Care ER. They have a great staff! Front desk gave me warm blankets which made me extremely comfortable, and it made me feel right at home. The nurse did his job very well, and the Dr. Was amazing. There was No pointless waiting. I will definitely be back, but hopefully no time soon. Thank you Total Care!!!
